Well what a day really enjoyed the event and will be doing it again next
year.
It was good to set off all together having a chat the first two hours
really flew by.
As for the crash! Hard to know how it happened but like Brian said it is
very different riding in a group(i think thats why we split up not long
after that).
Me and Ian stayed together for most of the race but i lost him with about
20 miles to go( i kept looking for you mate).
Uffington Hill was a killer at the end and because of the crash i didn't
have bottom gear so it made it even more interesting.
Once down the other side cramp set in and at one stage all i could do was
coast( can someone tell me what im doing wrong).
What a relief to see the 3 miles to go sign because computer wasn't
working(CRASH!).
oh! and HRM stop working after two hours all in all a good day he he!.
Cake stops were very welcome next year i not going to fall off or stop at
the cake stops and go for the gold award(5hrs 20).
