Dan Bullock and the SFT team are bringing their swim coaching skills and underwater filming equipment to Bath!
SwimForTri are one of the UK's Premier Swim and Triathlon Specialists offering stroke analysis and underwater filming for athletes wanting to improve their swim technique. Throughout Autumn 2008 - Spring 2009 Co-Director Dan Bullock will be touring the country sharing his wealth of knowledge and expertise with One Day Front Crawl Technique Workshops. November 22nd/23rd 2008 will see him arrive in Bath which will be an excellent opportunity for many of your club members to get their strokes analysed and benefit from a day of expert swim coaching.
We will be bringing our underwater cameras to the sessions. We will film and show you exactly how you are swimming currently. We will discuss, show and teach you how to obtain a refined technique. Seeing yourself swim is one of the best ways to learn.
Whether you are new to front crawl or wish to improve your abilities 'THE SFT ONE DAY WORKSHOP' is a must!
