Well done to the four MAD Tri'ers who did the St Mary's Tri on Sunday, it was fairly typical Bank Holiday weather - wet, windy and cold.

It was bad enough marshalling, so personally I was glad not to be competing, there weren't many smiling faces at my marshalling point!

So well done all, some brilliant category positions.
